Rusmap 2.46 RC - Belgorod area reinstated from Roex (no solution was found there to have something else)
Southern Region 11 RC- No Georgia connection (no Sochi area) and the recache was removed (duplicate company in Rostov)

Does the fix work in RC Roextended All - Promods+ME 2.63 - Rusmap 2.46 - Southern Region 11?

With the new combined RC you will have no re cache.

Why you would use SR RC when you have the full one?

No, but its better you use SR in a combo with Roex and Rusmap, Great Steppe. Then you have no problems.

You won´t get also no problems without promods, but with Roex, RusMap and Great Steppe in a little combo with SR.
