maybe upload it to another cloud like google drive or mediafire or something like this

Are we talking about the Map or the road connection? Because the map downloads ok.

and yes i mean the RC, there seems to be some kind of security issues with zippishare at Chrome as well as MS Edge

I have had NO problem DL'ing the RC several times, the problem is on your side,
so try another browser!
