Note that the English City Names mod is for an older version of ROS, and some cities are not localized. Also, some of the city files have less fields in them than the ones in the map itself, which might (or might not) cause problems.

Who wants in this moment...no english city names for version 13 yet....exactly work for city names has to do this like myself:

1. Open Russsian_Open_Spaces_v13_1.47 with 7zip.
2. Go to /def/city
3. Now you can edit every 48 city names in english (every city file contains english and russian names)

Just one question, where to put English names ?

Is it better 1: ROS english names, RC between Tobolsk and Tyumen, ROS or 2: RC , eng names, ROS
