I was on my way here to ask the very same question. It's also found that he uses the Discord username "GeneralTrucker" and needless to say, he was banned for trolling on our server prior to today's events. Most likely a troll.

I want to know if I have my friend BenganJ's permission. the last day Ostpoff could speak online.
The only days I was not in contact with him were the 10 days I was in hospital in the three years leading up to his death.

We asked him to provide on the TerraMaps forum either in DM or private message to me or Olaf proof of Bengan's wishes for him to take on ownership. If he produces legitimate proof and we can authenticate it, I will happily vouch for him. We'll give him by Monday to respond, if not, I fail to see how he has proper permission.

The biggest red flag in this is the fact he hasn't made a presence known here in the RoEx forum, where the majority of Bengan's communication took place as we all know for those of us who had contact with him. He'd stop by Discord of course from time to time, but he always preferred communication via this forum here.

This user was by the way under the Discord ID of GeneralTrucker#3186 and he was banned from our server for trolling/spamming weird links.

1. I was not given the chance to give evidence. I spoke with Bengan a while back asking if it would be ok if I could modify his Sweden map and add some changes/extending it.
2. I have not played this game for a while and have forgotten my original accounts username/password, admittedly I was not exactly active on that account either.
3. My account was banned fromt he RoEx forum.

6. I am using a VPN as my internet erroneously blocks many of the sites I am active on.
