1. There is no city name in Rus map 2.1.
2. There is no connection in the red circle.

I've tried a few load orders, but that doesn't work.

Clear F1, disable SZMaddon. It is not compatible with Rusmap-2.1.0 (the cities disappeared because of it). The gap is temporary, it will disappear with the exit of the Southern region 8.0

I will clarify. In the archive, broken into parts, an error was found. If you downloaded PM245_RM_v137_roadconnection.scs via a separate link, Rusmap_2.1.0 does not need to be downloaded. The version has not changed.
 In addition, a link to download the map in one archive was added to the first message.

Внесу ясность. В архиве, разбитом на части, была найдена ошибка. Если вы качали PM245_RM_v137_roadconnection.scs по отдельной ссылке, Русмап_2.1.0 перекачивать не нужно. Версия не изменилась.
Кроме того в первое сообщение была добавлена ссылка на скачивание карты одним архивом.
