As far as i know ROEX is the only map having the full and latest FLD pack included. Is possible Fan Trucker to have this pack in editor but not added to the final package.
Of course, without Roex FLD materials are not found (crash), with Roex is using the FLD materials from my map. I think this explain your experiment.

Yep, I remember you said that RoEx had them all! So, that's
why I raised this question, as not all people will add RoEx
and YKSRSK plus his RC. Some will just add this mod to TGS!

They can add Legacy Compatibility Fix. It ads all definitions back again, as the materials are already in dorment state in Promods. But not the latest ones.
EDIT: you are using Windows 8.1?!? :D Who is the other one using this, because Microsoft told us the 8.1 has like 2 users?

He must include the FLD pack used in his mod, no matter if this pack is present in other maps.

Or change the prefab(s) to standard ones if possible!

I only loaded TGS and used the Prefabs from it.

Yes it would mate, but two things!
1. It should have worked with only TGS and RtA, w/o RoEx, but it didn't.
2. Adding the whole of FLD's pack just for a couple of objects used isn't cool either!
But, sure it will work, it's up to you! But something is fishy here! :D
