No date has been given for the final release yet. I guess it won't take long if they're going to evaluate the bug notifications and release a stable version without further expansion.

Yep, me too! I tried to watch a live stream about TSM 1.35 and
what did I see? A lot of mods illustrated by one of their members.
Nothing about TSM 1.35 itself.

The latest news I heard about TSM was that some of Africa was going to be added and working for 1.35 compliance. Hopefully it will be published in no time.
