That icon image has been there since the release of ROS 7.5
and what Sergey said there yesterday, he said here a couple

I must say that there is still a zoom problem on this map. There is an English language file for ROS and a workaround for the city of Kem.

From what I saw in the video, the problem isn't actually zoom, but
the map range. You can't see properly at the zoom level you used,
the most western part of the EAA map. Am I interpreting your video
correct?

Yes, the map area needs to be expanded. That is easy. The problem is that when you zoom in, the game crashes.
