I don't know, sorry. The old links no longer work and two new links have been added to Youtube. The file size also shows that the files are not the same.
I wanted to publish the combo on my youtube channel and noticed that the links don't work and that two new links are available.

Yes, after a check I saw that both the BASE and the MAP parts have been updated.
Sadly they use the BAD way of keeping the version number, so now no one can tell
which is used by a user. BAH! In the first post I don't have a direct link to the mods
only the link to the video where they can be downloaded. But I will make an new
announcement about it.
