Changes:
All bugs found in ME have been fixed
Full conversion to patch 1.53 and PM 2.73

Bug Report: Pink signposts on Greek motorways when Latvia Rebuild is enabled

Hi @Bozo, While investigating some pink signposts on Greek motorways, I narrowed the issue down to Latvia Rebuild (latest build for 1.53, latest Promods too). Oh, and Greece DLC installed.

* Promods on it's own - No pink sign structures on Greek Motorways
* Promods + Latvia - Barbie becomes happy driving on Greek motorways, things start to get pink.
* Remove Latvia - Barbie gets sad again

These are visible on virtually any Greek motorway when Latvia is enabled
