Just out of curiosity, does this add-on in particular replace the newest additions ProMods did to Georgia and if so, is there an option to use this map along with the new changes from ProMods?

this add-on replaced nothing. Georgia was in our project for years, i dont care who and when someone else map the same area, we protect our map. You want to play promods, play just promods.
