Yes, unfortunately. It's a shame that the DLC won't be released. But fortunately we have very good MAP creators who also bring Russia and the surrounding area into play.

I find SCS's approach silly since this is a game. SCS probably only takes advantage of this because it has noticed that it is not possible to publish the DLC in the foreseeable future.

I shouldn't care. I like to play Sergey's RusMap. Thank you Sergey for the great work.
