I'm sorry but actually the broken road is still there, and I also had CTD when I teleported there this time :-(

i just drove from Cleveland to Buffalo on I90 there are no broken roads and i teleported in and out in that area with no crash
so what's your load order and need game log

1 mod that has caused a problem is Project Michigan if you have that in
