PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS COMBO HAS BEEN TESTED & WORKS IN CONVOY ANY ADDITIONAL MODS THAT YOU DECIDE TO USE IN YOUR CONVOY SESSION MUST HAVE THE SAME NAME AND VERSION AS YOUR FRIENDS
TO USE THIS COMBO IN CONVOY YOU MUST HAVE 100 MODS OR LESS.

It looks like you please need to verify your game files.
This is how you do it:
Right-click on the respective game to view the properties option
In Steam, go to Properties > Local files:
Click on the button "verify the integrity of game files"
Wait for the game to finish verifying the files.
I can also see that you are using mods like Lillooet Yard 1.45 Only (name: Lillooet Yard (Promods Add-On), we recommend to please use the combo as intended, and please don't add maps on top of it, as they might now work properly/as intended.
