My Specs
CPU: I7 9700KF
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
16gb of Ram
Ets2 is on an SSD

Mate, I can't tell anything without you producing some real info, so
please screenshots of NPI settings and the latest game log will do for
a start!
Never mind, you're obviously NOT using NPI! But game log is still needed!

It is either from some mod is trying to convert old files to new one or about the old profile with lot of abandoned mods. Same is here with some profiles.

As punk says, that's why I wanted, but never got, your game log, to see among other things
how many warnings and errors you get reported.
