Damn, I missed keeping an eye the FPS counter. But clear F1, does the same thing happen with
FPS if you set r_vsync to "3" too and do you get this phenomenon then too? What I want to exclude
is, if the game and clear F1's system can't keep a steady FPS=72, then it maybe can make a constant
FPS=48.

Edit: I drove the same route in Bialystok as clear F1, with the same rendering resolution of 2560x1440
onto a DSR set 1920x1080 monitor to 2560x1440 at 60 Hz with r_vsync set to "2" giving a FPS=30 as a
goal and t_averaging_window_length set to "60". Big SCS Vanilla based combo and also an owned trailer.
Note also that I have an inferior graphics card and probably also inferior CPU compared to clear F1.

In the recorded video you have the FPS counter in the lower left corner and it stayed steady at the goal
of FPS=30 all the time. Here's the video.

Sorry for the late reply.
My Video was Vsync=2, but this is the same even if it is 3.
Every time I restarted the game, I rewritten config.cfg every time and tested it. All are the same phenomenon as Video.
The city doesn't matter anywhere.

I've tested it a lot of times after receiving comments from Bengan J's YT.
From 60hz to 144hz vsync = 2 to vsync = 3 (60hz only vsync = 2),
With or without gsync.
All tests are in the same situation as video. It is the same whether fps is 30, 33, 40, 48, 50, 60 or 72 fps.

Finally I don't know why I'm repeating this test. Is there something wrong with my YT Video?
At least there is no problem in the game with the settings currently in use.
2560x1440 native with gsync on and 144Hz, recording is 1440/60 and 50Mbps.

I am sorry for my understanding of English.
I'm not offended, so please don't worry.

My translated English seems misleading.

FPS is usually 85fps to 105fps, although there are places where it is at least 70fps in my current settings.

Once again, thank you for doing all these tests! Your videos on YT are gorgeous and as I said
here before, I can't see any flaws like "rubber banding" in them and I watch them all. From
my point of view, this is a question of not knowing, why the scheme with r_vsync set to "2"
or "3" does not work for you. I hate not knowing why things isn't as it should be and you are
a person with this problem and capable of testing all the odd suggestion we throw at you.
One thing, as far as I understand it, when using r_vsync, the best thing that could happen
is that the FPS is steady at one constant value. For you, using r_vsync "2" it wasn't steady,
that is why I suggested you to also test r_vsync "3", but you say it is the same regarding the
"rubber banding", but I also wanted to know if you got a varying FPS at that time too or a
steady FPS=48? You do not have to do all these test, just tell us that it is enough now and
that you want to just play the game, no problem with that.

@clear F1 - So the issue is vsync=1 is ok at all times with your current settings?
But vsync=2/3/4 causes the problem?

If vsync=1 is ok then stick with that. But i thought you wanted help to use 2/3?

Help if required:

Try vsync=0 and use NPI vsync=half/quarter etc because gsync is part of the driver so use the vsync in the driver also.

Or as Roadrunner said:
In NCP:
Enable GSync

In NPI ETS2:
Vertical Sync: Force on
Frame Rate Limiter V3: set at least 3 frames less monitor refresh rate *** or try 69 (72-3) / 33 (36-3) ***
Maximum pre-rendered frames: 1

In Game:
Vertical synchronization: Disable

There is no problem with the current settings. Stuttering rarely occurs when driving for 1 hour, but it is temporary.
Vsync=1, Gsync is NCP ON, 2560x1440, 144Hz, vertical sync is enabled.
Let's try JHTrucker's recommended settings later and see what changes.

Tested again. Even with 48fps at Vsync=3, it drops to 27fps. It did not reach a constant 48 fps.

@JHTrucker

We couldn't keep 72fps with Vsync=2, but we can keep 72fps with NPI vsync=half with gsync on and vsync=0.
Furthermore, I set Max frame rate 69fps in NCP and it works. (Frame limiter v3 ?)

@clear F1

Great that you at least found one solution of steady, constant FPS, which is a way to keep a
good balance between GPU and CPU. In NPI there's a Frame Rate Limiter v3 in addition to a
Frame Rate Limiter setting. I think that it is called Max Frame Rate in NCP!

But I still do not understand why this happen to you and not me and that irritates me! Can
it be due to how G-Sync monitors work? Do they have an activated setting in them regarding
G-Sync, I know Freesync ones have that! If so, have you tested to deactivate G-Sync BOTH in
NCP AND in the monitor itself? I have NO experience with G-Sync, that is why I am asking!

If you don't know as knowledgeable as you, I don't know.
I tried various things today.
From tomorrow, we will use the following settings.
It looked smoother to me than the previous high fps.
I set it to 48fps with NPI vsync = 1/3 with gsync on and vsync = 0.
Furthermore, I set the low delay mode of NCP to ultra referring to the Japanese website.
