Actually, it does work! I am so sorry! I was using all the addons for Project NG. It seems like the filmic addon was causing the problem.

EDIT: I just used Grimes Spring Weather Mod, Project NG and NVIDIA Profile inspector tweaks all together and it looks absolutely amazing!

Once the 1.40 was out I thought "with the new lighting system I'll try the game without NPI AA and with SSAO". Bad idea. My GPU can handle only 200% scaling. It looked like Minecraft. Thank you all for this solution!

Thanks @BenganJ for always saying about half vsync. you posted here some days ago about r_sync and t_average_length. I gave it a try and I love it. Moreover, it lowered my machine temperature.

Does vsync only have to do with performance or with graphics as well? Is the graphics worse in 30fps than in 45 fps?

No way this will work. 1.40 changed many things for those mods. U see it there’s almost non updates yet. Jbx Graphics 1.39, Project NG 1.40 without improved lightning and a few skyboxes, realistic brutal wheater 1.40 but needs some adjustments with fog, realistic Graphics Mod 15% work completed for 1.40.

@therobloxians1119

Nice, then we know! Thanks for doing the tests! In my test I ONLY used the BASE mod.

@Truncks

You're so welcome! V-Sync has NO impact on graphics quality, it jus see to, in a frame
limiting situation, that the FPS is constant, more or less, thereby avoiding stuttering
and screen tearing.

@mgysgtdev

If you have it minimized, open it and untick the Disable tonemap, the click on rendering menu and close console.
With disabled tonemap you can't get rid of it!

@mgysgtdev

EXACTLY, but think of it as a part of the console to be used as a debug tool!

There is a reason i did stop using graphic mods in 1.39. All of them lack in one thing or another. In the end, i was better to just using the SCS weather. It has been improved a bit since 1.37. Specially realistic brutal weather is horrible, not only because of the fog, but because of those skyboxes with a completely pixelated moon, and those abrupt changes in day/night.. its a terrible mod. Realistic graphics the same. I love the skyboxes from that mod, but it also has many problems with lights and day/night transitions. Didnt try NG 1.40 cuz, well of course its a paid mod and nowadays, i prefer to not load too much the mod buffer and have a completely smooth driving experience instead.
Windows 10 xxxx.xxx whatever is the last version... lol.
