Let me have another look at all your data. I'll be back!
EDIT: I just saw that you have
uset r_multimon_mode "0"
that should be
uset r_multimon_mode "4"
Do these two changes and report back, please!
That strange - I was sure I made this change - but I did this now and now change
here is latest config.cfg file and screenshot to show AA..still the same

uset r_mirror_scale_y "1"
uset r_mirror_scale_x "1"

This is really weird! You have all the power and hardware to get this easy,
but I can't pinpoint right now what's wrong. May I ask if you know how to
inactivate, just as a test, your on motherboard located Intel graphics card.
Just to test if that is interfering in any way! I have the same here and I have
no problem with that though!

Thanks - have done this previously so this onboard Intel graphics card is not the issue
And I was using NPI for dx9 ets2 previously and all worked fine.

And, just checking, you have the multimon_config.sii from the download in Step 3 [Single]?
My friend, I have to go to bed now, but I'll have a thorough look at your config when I wake
up, so come back here later on and check for answer. Okay?

Yes this was downloaded from that link.
Also, question, when the settings are applied from the NPI , should the the eurotrucks.exe file change its last modified date?
Since this does not appear to be so. see here
And please take your time to reply....I knows its late where you are!

When you hit the Apply changes in NPI, the thing that happens is that NPI
changes settings in your Nvidia driver data. NPI has nothing to do with ETS2
or ATS, so it will NOT change any timestamp on the EXE files!
EDIT: As the name says Nvidia Profile Inspector it acts solely on games profiles
in the Nvidia driver!
