As I cannot do anything useful in regard to multi-monitor setups I reamain interested in helping in respect of reshade. I note the comments of Aqua87 who claims that NPI enhanced AA can be used but with an older version of ReShade. So if he can supply the version I am more than happy to test! :D

@Aqua87

Please let us know the version of ReShade you are using.

@BenganJ

You're absolutely right with regards to mirrors - I can see both left and right (although I also use head tracking as well haha) and that will definitely be a factor in the over all performance. I haven't changed the mirror settings yet so those will be on the list to examine my options. My FOV is currently 48 degrees per monitor which works out to a view more or less as it would be if I were sitting in the vehicle (based on my seating position) so I' rather not be adjusting that at all if I can avoid it.

@Foxman - Thanks for positive feedback and proving it really does work!
I have an idea to increase the fps so keep an eye on this thread in case i manage it.

@BenganJ
I wrote my post assuming triple users would be already setup and working and would just apply my settings to get AA.

So, for those who are just setting up triples, here's a quick start:-

DO NOT use the bezel compensation in nvidia surround, just make the resolution 3 x your native monitor width.

In glbal config.cfg
Set uset r_multimon_mode "4" and start game.
Set your new nvidia surround resolution in graphic settings.
Exit game.
You now have a newly created multimon_config.sii file setup as 3 screens in the ETS2 folder with the global config.cfg.
Edit this multimon_config.sii file with notepad to fix the bezels like so:-
These are my settings for 10mm bezels (20mm between images).

name: center
horizontal_fov_override: 0.000000 <- use in game FOV (F4)
vertical_fov_override: 0.000000 <- use in game FOV (F4)

name: left
heading_offset: 3.500000 - (4.0 moves closer to center / 3.0 away)
horizontal_fov_override: 0.000000
vertical_fov_override: 0.000000

Monitor: RIGHT
heading_offset: -3.500000 - (-4.0 moves closer to center / -3.0 away)
horizontal_fov_override: 0.000000
vertical_fov_override: 0.000000

See how that looks in game and adjust if required.
You'll only need to be somewhere around 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 & 4 (+left & -right)

@BenganJ
Is it worth putting a link to my triples with AA post (page 80) in the first post MULTI section in case people are not sure (about the "M"), just setting up etc or just want to see the extra info.
They'll also see my FPS and warning!

I've added my quick start bezel info to that post also.

And i know i originally wrote:

uset r_scale_y "1.0"
uset r_scale_x "1.0"

But noticed that once the game has run and you look back in config.cfg they look like this:

uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "1"

Will look cleaner in first post.

@Foxman & @BenganJ

Foxman you said "Resolution is 5760 x 1200 using Nvidia surround. All in-game settings currently on high, SMAA disabled.

Using:
4x [4x Multisampling]
4x Sparse Grid Supersampling"

Remember, my FPS dropped from 20 to 10 so i'd expect everyone to perhaps lose half their current frames compared with standard game settings.

5760 x 1200 = 6912000 pixels.
5760 x 1200 x 400% = 27648000 pixels.
5760 x 1200 x AA cfg = 20736000 pixels and then add AA on top of that!.

Even 2x is enough to take the edge off the shimmering/flickering close up.
2x [2x Multisampling]
2x Sparse Grid Supersampling

@JHTrucker

First post adjusted, better looking that way?

@Foxman

Yes, I know the mirror problem with Multimonitor setup, used it earlier too and
48 degrees per monitor is almost what is default, 50 I think! I was just curious
about the bezel, but you have it there in one way, someone else would maybe
have done it in Surround config, that's why I asked. Just test around a bit to see
if you can find a bit more FPS to gain. I pointed out mirrors, at least avoid extra
mirrors. Once there even were a mod out to disable mirrors totally for Multimon
setups, using virtual ones instead, only two extra views then. And as JHTrucker
says, try with 2x AA and see if that satisfy you. I haven't listed that pair in the
alternatives, but I think I'm adding them now with this scheme working for Multi,

=== 2x AA added to alternativ settings for AA in first post! ===

@koekhapper

Right, it should be stated somewhere, but you have to add that yourself.
Just do a COPY/PASTE from wherever into that field! Or write it in manually!
