Where you exported it to! How would I know?
Just click on Import single profile or something
like that and it will probably take you to the
place where you exported it to.

I have downgraded my driver to 442.19 with a custom install and I have imported the NPI settings. Is there anything else to do or can I record now?

First, what setting does NPI show for the parameter Vertical Sync?

It's at 1/2 refresh rate.

Second, what does the NCP ETS2 3D-setting for Veticalsync say?

It's at Adaptive (half refresh rate).
