@BenganJ
It's because the video is very high quality. It does take quite some time to upload videos that are high quality. Sorry about the long waiting time. It's at 85% now.

Then I have to ask, in what resolution and bitrate was it recorded?

That's not a primary quality factor, so answer my question instead!
EDIT: And as it now is processed I can only get 360p due to it has
to be HD processed too!

When you say resolution, what do you mean by that? Do you mean the quality of the video or the resolution of monitor? BTW, the video is posted now.

Read the edit in previous post! With resolution I mean the recorded one, NOT the monitor,
and what's even MORE important is the BITRATE used when recording!
EDIT: Sorry, I don't even have to watch the video, because in Menu you have a FPS=180
so the settings does NOT work at all. The FPS should have been 30!!!!!!
EDIT2: Do NOT use that XBOX MS SHIT, use the Shadowplay OR OBS to record! But first
fix the settings! Soemthing is damn wrong!

1. My bitrate is about 40,000 kb/s
2. In game menu it's at 180 FPS since I have v-sync disabled. Shouldn't I have that disabled?
3. I'll record again with shadowplay.

STOP! It has NOTHING to do with the recording software. Your settings I asked you to use, DOES NOT WORK.
V-Sync in game should be Disabled an Refresh Rate should be at Default Refresh! The NPI has NO effect with
those Sync and Refresh settings I gave you! FIX THAT! It's in NPI we set the V-sync parameters, NOT in game!
EDIT: I also recommend that you start the Help on Youtube and search for video quality and learn a bit about
which resolutions and bitrates to use in different situations!
