What's the recommended config for Koolizz NVIDIA Overlay preset for extremely realistic ATS (NVIDIA users only)
Should I enable SSAO and disable HDR, DOF, and color correction?

@azumukupoe

I suggest that you ask him that! I don't use any Freestyle stuff!

Hi, i am currently testing
2xMSAA + 2xSGSSAA + Game SMAA Ultra
But it seems it still looks like 2xMSAA + 2xSGSSAA
Seems ingame smaa doesn't have effect
(On multi monitor since it was in the q/a)
Oh and does a negative lod bios decrease fps? Since negative values increase sharpness

@azumukupoe

Okay, I can directly say that SSAO will NOT work as expected when using NPI AA.
regarding HDR and DOF or color correction, just do some tests, because that is
more or less only personal taste whether it looks good or not!

@azumukupoe

I use that preset for freestyle. I don't have ssao enabled and the other settings like hdr, depth of field and color correction i do have enabled (but these settings are also required for the graphics mod i use)

If you use the NPI scheme, the AA of the game will not work. And it shouldnt since what we are trying to do is to avoid it at all costs because its completely garbaje!!
you need to use 4x on both parameters, going down to 2x is not really going to make much difference on performance and you lose too much quality in the antialiasing in my opinion.

No, negative lod bios does not decrease fps. It is just how the texture is represented when a level of detail on the model needs to load it. That is supossed to help the flickering in the game.
Windows 10 xxxx.xxx whatever is the last version... lol.

well i thought since it was mentioned in the (Q&A), i would like to try it. but it seems it doesn't work.
for the 4x or 2x settings. the diff between them is actually pretty big on tripples. so i prefer to use 2x for a stable fps. but i found out that '4xS [Combined 1x2 SS + 2x Multisampling (D3D Only)]'
'2x Sparse Grid Supersampling' looks better than 2x only and doesn't eat much fps than 4x

So how is everyone finding the new lighting system, personally I'm very unimpressed with the whole thing so far... Not only that but it seems to take away a nice chunk of FPS when using this AA here.

@black-coffee

You're not at all alone! A pretty no-no release in my opinion, a lousy new lighting system,
new chassis, which we had already through mods, not much to dress the Christmas Tree
with.
