Pheeewwww, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for that response!
I have tried to help a guy with a RTX2080Ti card to get it to work, but he claims it is
NOT working for him! But, now I know that the RTX series of cards are not the problem,
so you just helped me help him. Thanks! :D :D :D

My inspector settings
(no launch options,no reshade or config.ini changes, except r_sun_shadow_texture_size "8192" [nothing to do with AA ,just better and more steady shadows])
If you have set your scaling to 100% you will see something like this
No worries go to settings
set scaling to 150% (any other percent will work also) and apply. Now back to 100% and apply.
You are ready to go

Okay, thanks for the info, BUT instead of doing that change of Scaling every time
the graphics flips, I discovered that the install of ReShade with only ONE shader
solves that problem. In the first post you have the info and video instructions and
the FXAA shader I choose was a simple pretty non-working one just to have one
activated. I myself use a sharpening shader instead.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
So for what its worth, I am the one Bengan referred to earlier as "the guy who couldnt get the settings work on a RTX 2080TI".
I had followed the instructions again and again and again, resetting them and starting over, restarting the PC between changes etc etc.
Today I decided to rename my config.cfg, loaded up the game and then started redoing the settings as instructed by Bengan in the first post. This time it worked.
When comparing the now two config.cfg files I found one suspicious line in the old file uset r_full_resolution_corrections "1" and in the new file I had uset r_full_resolution_corrections "0".
This is not a setting I ever did any changes to and I suspect that the setting was changed to "1" after a traumatizing game crash I had a few weeks back where the scaling was set to 50% by the game.
In any case it might be worth verifying that uset r_full_resolution_corrections is set to "0" if the NPI settings doesnt work and in worst case, creating a new Config.cfg definetly solved the issue for me.
