[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@Necrokilldozerr
I can assure you it works, many people have got it to work, just as I have, so you
must have done something wrong. One reason you can't get it to work could be
what I told you earlier, the fact that you seem to have created your own NPI profile,
but didn't associate it with the ETS2 EXE file. Then NOTHING will work!
@clear F1
Is "Increased_Sound_volume_in_cabin_ETS2" cipinho's addon to his AI traffic sound mod?
Sorry, I can't find any information regarding a mod like that. But if that is a mod which
contains the /def/game_data.sii file and is the one such, that has the highest priority
in the load order, that is the one you should edit with data I show in first post.

@Road Runner
I saw that too, but is one of those that actually work, at least when I tested.
Am I wrong? If so, I will remove the reference to it in first post!

LOD changes in game_data.sii file in first post
Have edited the leavs sui file in Sound Pack mod DEF folder in line with your recomendations Mr B. Can I assume that there is no such file in Grimes' weather mods? As they have a greater priotity than the sound Pack, they would of course overwrite the edit :!: :shock:

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
YES, Grimes doesn't use game_data.sii file as far as I know! I made a mod of my own,
so that I don't have to edit Sound Fixes Pack mod every time there's a new one. That's
actually the reason Drive Safely an I made it so that he include the .sui file in his mod,
making it possible for me to add my version after his mod is loaded!

It has an effect but when you get to drive there is no AA benefit at all - at least for me and I assume him! Give it a quick trial and also try 0x80000C72. Won't stop the water but see what you think.

Okay, I'll have another go at all the compatibility patterns again. We can't
have false info in first post! Re-read my previous post regarding game_data.sii!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
I also created a mod with changed game_data.sii. :D
System: Windows 11 PRO
Processor: Intel i7-12700KF 5GHZ
Motherboard: Gigabyte B760 DS3H AX
Memory: Corsair DDR5-6000 32 GB
Storage: Samsung 990 M2 SSD + 2 Samsung 870 SSD
Graphics: Asus GeForce Dual RTX 3060 V2 12GB GDDR6
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@Tapir
A mod with the whole game_data.sii file in it, but edited? Then you have to
redo it as soon as SCS changes something in that file. And next time another
mod which changes something else in that file will lose that. But that's how
life in this game world is!
