BenganJ: not a bad course of action in your opinion releasing ETS 3 or some WoT game. But imagine they'd start working on a new ETS sim when ETS 2 has pretty much the whole Europe covered with Iberia on the way. I think only Balkans, Greece and northern Scandinavia is all what's left. Can't imagine we as players would start from scratch with central Europe again (for example), having to wait for other parts of Europe to be released (and I'd gladly buy them)... I'm afraid most of us would expect ETS 3 to be the entire Europe covered from day one which is impossible task of course.

@Jarinage

Well, the best of all would of course be if they at the same time could merge
ETS2 and ATS to WTS, getting one single simulator. THEN EAA would HAVE to
relocate, maybe also re-scale a bit and that would be nice too! :grin: :grin: :grin:

EDIT: I would also like if they could integrate Google map services, both in
game UI and in Map Editor, making it a lot easier to produce good maps all
over the world. Did I mention the word "dreaming"? :beach:

I suppose they could but then again it will be selling the old game again. I would not buy that, not in a million years. The maps should be done again if ETS3 was to be released, with new assets and graphic techniques..

@yiannis

There you just had my dreaming stop. Will NOT happen. A proper conversion of what they have today
in the two games would satisfy me though, at least as a start. It was perhaps not a good move, but SCS
did integrate several earlier maps into ETS2, which e.g. leave us with a UK area in another scale, 1:15
instead of 1:19, and with a special handling in the game, where it's scaled to 1:19 for the UI display!

Integrating earlier maps into ETS2 does not work very well, UK and old Germany are terrible..

@yiannis

Exactly what I tried to say there, but SCS should have in that process of integration re-scaled UK,
then put a special group on getting the quality up in these areas, but then they weren't that many
people and had to concentrate more on getting a good revenue, I think.

Do you guys how to keep the DSR resolution? The game always resets to the default one and I must switch the resolution every time after starting the game.

@killingjoke

I use DSR and I don't have to reset the resolution every time. But I have seen on the SCS forum
some posts about that phenomenon, so you're not alone. Check over there and do some searches.
If you don't find anything, come back here and I'll see what I can do!

I have reported it in the SCS forum and some SCS member acknowledged it and gave it a QA number..
