No bogdac, It looks descent in ATS, bad in ETS2, they use the same driver.
Exporting the NPI settings is ONLY so that you will be able to import it later,
e.g. when a new graphics driver is installed. To get the settings active, you
click on 'Apply changes' within NPI when correct profile is loaded. Just let me
gain some momentum here and I'll return back. :D

EDIT: Just to be sure here. Can you do this for me. Start NPI, choose the 'Euro
Truck Simulator 2' profile, then click on the indicated down arrow in the image,
and while you hold the mouse button down take a screenshot.

BTW Bogdac, do you have more than one ETS2 installed on
your computer? I have one retail and one Steam e.g.!

No I only have it on steam Here is the screenshot

The only thing that keeps niggling away at me ( and I'm probably being silly here :D ) is that When I first put the NPI settings in I mistakenly altered the setting in the antialiasing combatability (DX1x). I realized what I had done and went back in and altered it then reapplied. Sorry I'm wittering on here :D but would that have made any difference?

Nope Bogdac, as long as you changed back to original and instead edited
the correct setting and the applied these settings. BUT mate. that screenshot
wasn't what I asked for. I wanted you to click and hold on that down arrow
while you took the screenshot. So, go get it again, please!

Sorry no, but skip that then. What happens when you click on that down arrow?

EDIT: I might know where the problem is now.
Wait for instructions mate.

EDIT2: Okay, do this.
1. Download this NPI profile file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1jXr0I ... zTySK8sPok
2. Note where you saved it.
3. Start NPI, choose 'Euro Truck Simulator 2' profile.
4. Click on the 'Import' icon as depicted in the following image and choose 'Import profile(s)'.
NPI_IMP.jpg
5. Now browse to the downloaded NPI profile file and import it.
6. Click 'Apply changes' and then start ETS2 and record a video for me to look at.
Pheeeeeewwwwwwww! :D

Nothing seems to happen at all, regardless of whether I right click or left click. Ah yes I do get this

See my previous post and do that exactly as described. :D

EDIT: Ah, had I got that image earlier you wouldn't have had to do
all that I described. I thought you had lost that eurotruck2.exe in
that NPI profile and that was the problem. So, back on square one
again, if it's the same as before after the import. Waiting for video!
