@AlaDeM

Have you a file in the same folder as the eurotrucks2.exe that is called d3d9.dll
or dxgi.dll, just remove that file from there. You can place it somewhere else if
for some reason you want to go back.

@BenganJ thanks mate :) Oh btw are there any good recommendations to change the colour in the game to make colours a bit more realistic ? I find them a bit too sharp sometimes. It does not pop like that in real life

@AlaDeM

Sadly that's the hardest part to give advice about, because it is so individual how peoples
color settings are on their monitors e.g.! Just do some experiments on your own.

I am just being very picky I guess. I do like how it looks regardless. Kind of a perfectionist haha

@AlaDeM

I think that looks good, but that is on MY monitor, it could be totally
different on yours! That's the whole problem, we don't see the same

True but I am happy with the result. Monitor is not that bad considering how much I paid for it . 165hz good colours 144p everything runs pretty fluid now with these graphic settings :) Thanks for your help as always

The new lightning system is supossed to make colors more realistic.... lol.
Beyond that, its a question of personal preference. You can always use graphic mods.

The only but i see in your screenshots , maybe the colors are a bit washed out.. but thats a problem from the new lightning system, nothing we can do about it. Its the same in my end.
In my case, i dont think ima going to keep playing for a long time. Graphics are waay way worst now than before the lightning update. The shimmering also increased a lot, even with the NPI scheme.
Its a shame that SCS keeps making this game worst update after update, and most people are incapable of seeing it. Instead they keep buying all the DLCS scs launches at them. Pretty SAD.

Do these settings work with NVIDIA Freestyle? The topic that Ticreut29 posted over a year ago?
