@Wombat Trucker

Well, I've seen and heard other people with HUGE values say it works well,
but so have my humble "30" done too! :grin:

Are the settings for this fix in the original post still working on new drivers? I need this in my game so bad. The horrible AA drives me nuts.

@jwilly7602

You say you did EXACTLY as specified, but then it should work!
Questions!
1. Which graphics card do you have?
2. You did ONLY Step 1 - 3 and then you checked if it worked?
3. Can you post your game log? Also at least the two top pages of NPI as screenshots, please!

When I am in the NPI settings and select ETS2 for the profile it automatically adds ETS2 under “SLI comparability bits” setting. When selecting ATS it does not do this and there is not option for ATS under this setting. So do I manually select the ETS2 option under SLI comparability bits even though I’m making modifications to ATS? Everything works flawlessly in ETS2 but in ATS I have great resolution and the flickering is reduced but I still feel it’s not as good as in ETS. So I was wondering if the compatibility bits setting had anything to do with it.

I have a 75hz 1080p monitor but have always run vsync capped at 60 because on default refresh it stutters in demanding areas whereas 60 is stable. In game I have it set this way but when I apply NPI it defaults to using 75hz despite my in game settings being capped at 60. What is the solution to make it run at 60? Where do I need to apply this setting? In NPI or somewhere else?

@cwat89

Hi there! As long as you don't use SLI, i.e. having 2 or more cards cooperating through the
internal SLI connection, that parameter has NO function. It looks exactly like that in my
NPI too and as I said, no problem at all if not using SLI!

EDIT: Regarding V-Sync, there's many ways to set the frame limit. Read up on that subject
in the first post and experiment to get the best in your situation.

Thanks @BenganJ

Got it working. For now I just did the basic settings and it looks great! I still feel like it’s better in ETS than ATS. I have basic settings for both and every other setting turned all the way up. Any reason that would be or is it just in my head? :lol:

As far as my monitor somehow it got off of (native) so when I set it back to that it caps it at 60hz so I’m good there. No need for NPI vsync.

@cwat89

The reason is probably that ATS has very much washed out colors in it's textures, desert!
Try to find a forest rich part of the map and I Think it will look more like ETS2!

EDIT: @BenganJ you were right it's definitely noticeable in areas with lots of trees. Thanks again.
