It is strange that they do not add Greece.
Maybe they will add it as a bonus for people who have two dlc with the Balkans.
But at least they will add Kosovo.

I doubt they will add kosovo... Kosovo is a disputed area and I reckon SCS told us that they will never add disputed areas in game. Someone is making the Kosovo addon mod in the SCS forum I saw yesterday.

According to that blog post, SCS has already stated that Kosovo will be added in the DLC.
And when it comes to Kosovo addon that you said, I heard that its author has a plan to rework SCS Kosovo after the DLC release.

I'm really curious what's new soon as Balkan DLC is there.
