EDIT: The question now is, will we get three versions of Russia, the original RusMap, SCS DLC AND Promods' one?

Looks like this is officially coming, A DLC set in Russia. Looks like they aren't going to cover all of European Russia, but Moscow will certainly make an appearance. It also seems that there will be no Belarus, but it's still in the early stages of development.

Yes
But if you were going from Warsaw to Moscow, you would really use the route through Belarus not via Latvia
But if not, the next DLC from this region would be Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova
