Then you DON'T have any AA as it is a MUST to have Scaling at 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, but that is ONLY because of the raised Scaling, nothing from the NPI
AA settings are working for you! I'm serious here, mate!
