I agree, some of the parts of that map can be further used. But the attitude is the reason to exclude them from this community.
Why do you think Sergey has not updated his map on their forum? Where is RTA? Where are other maps? Where is Roex? I am banned on their forum but you want to use our map?

And their RC...is not a hit now and when we decide to cut this poison out of the combo's we will make sure our map is gonna be 100% incompatible.

Do you know that this decision can kinda end your mod popularity because I mean, promods is the most popular/downloaded map mod and roextended easily the second. And I’m sure when someone will choose between your mod and their mod, the popularity, performance, map adding/remake plus the combo map compatibility factors, they will choose promods without hesitation

It would be nice if you didn't speak on behalf of others and make claims.
For my part, I can assure you that I will choose ROEX.
The reason is very simple: Roex gives me more breadth. For example, I get a large part of Turkey that isn't in the vanilla map. Promods would only provide me with a revised version of, for example, Germany, but Germany is in the vanilla. So for me, Promods isn't a big win.
