After experimenting and communicating with TerraMaps team, there are two ways how you can connect Caribbean Map with C2C in this combo

1. C2C then Caribbean , you have this situation




No broken roads, no connection to Ft Lauderdale and Miami/KeyWest by Mantrid from C2C

2. Caribbean then C2C, you have this situation




Broken road left of Miami (no big deal - just avoid it), connection to Ft Lauderdale and Miami/KeyWest by Pilot from TerraMaps (much better than Mantrid's)

So it is player's choice. I myself choose option 2 because Key West is much better.

where you need to watch out is in Miami for example, when you run the 2nd option and then go for a quick job you'll get a crash, because the Country codes behind the names of the city are missing. When taking a freight market you can pick it up, but crash when pressing Esc to go to the menu (also with the 2nd option).
