How to find and send your log:

1. Go to your Documents folder for the respective game:
- The folder is located under C:\Users\{you}\Documents\game

2. Your log file is game.log.

3. Upload it to any file share Website or attach it to your post

Check your load order again. Disable maps that are not in combo and try again . Load order is OK.

Without Wyoming DLC YES, it is perfect.
If you have the new DLC disable Midwest Expansion from mods and you need the new C2C v2.12.2 (All map DLC required) for ATS v1.41.
