I see that this is a sensitive subject but bear with me and don't shoot me. Road to Rzeszow crash is happening only in Promods + Roex. It doesn't happen with Roex only, it doesn't happen with Promods only. Something unique to the map combo is causing the crash.
It happens with presetup done correctly.
It happens in roughly the same location (part of the road looks the same as in vanilla), which is the road north of Košice. Without promods there's no Rzeszow on the map, but I don't think the issue is the city.
My *guess* is Promods is using a vanilla overriden asset (such as prefab or effect) that they fixed (but vanilla hasn't since they're not using it) and Roex is returning the vanilla asset back (maybe something in the RC file?).
I want to help figure out the problem wherever it actually is.

How do we move on from here? Does anyone actually know what is causing the crash?

BTW, this is the crash signature with just Promods and Roex. In RC-ROEX-PM order, without any other mod.

I will try to have a couple more runs later, see if I get the same signature. I'll also remove inactive mods from the mod folder, there's more than one game out there that actually preloads inactive mods causing conflicts. My guess is ETS2 trace system doesn't always guarantee a write.

Yes I've seen it, I've read the array thread as well, plus about 20 other threads all over the internet. None of it resolves this issue since we're not dealing with a rougue mod so I'm trying to figure it out.

I've found a workaround which seems to suggest it is indeed some sort of an engine render issue.
If you fly over the spot (after GOTO) and then return back to cabin it won't crash (I also teleported the truck a bit past a town north of the border).

Maybe something in the presetup can be adjusted? I tried r_buffer_page_size 25,30,50. And -64bit -nointro -unlimitedlog -rdevice dx11 -mm_pool_size 16384 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000

EDIT: regular flycam also doesn't crash, but it does cause crash when returning to truck. what the.... maybe it crashes if the truck is too close?

I'm gonna say it again. We had a connection between Rzeszow and Lviv. I've decided to eliminate that to avoid repetitive posts about this crash.
The part containing that area was left with Promods exclusive content. VERY OLD content.
Maybe is functional in Promods only, but once you add other maps it transform itself in a resource void. I dont have a solution because is not my map.
I suspect some prefabs from custom companies are the problem, because the game "economy" changed soooooooo many times in definitions and functionality sience that part was built,
probably 7-8 years a go. Sadly, Poland Rebuilding is in the same situation because both maps were just one in the past.

So, it is what it is. I dont make Hybrids to fix/update other maps. Avoid that area or do whatever you consider.

Thanks, this actually helps. I'm not experienced in ets2 modding as some other games.
You 100% sure you removed everything near Rzeszow? :) Don't shoot me, just asking before I go digging any further.

This is tricky, I'm guessing Roex is triggering the fault because of it's size (most major mods are a lot smaller, even when combined). Then the resource void, as you say, hits thw game.
Promods by itself (and other smaller mods) works fine, so they probably won't look into it because I'll get hit with "Reproduce the issue with only promods". Ah...
Issue is probably limited to Going East areas... two places I know of, Rzeszow and Radom. I will continue digging, if I find a solution will report here as well.

First, Radom is not even close of areas we did connections. What to "remove" around Rzeszow? My post wasnt clear?
Second, and this is the last time i will say it: Roextended is NOT triggering, making, crashing, altering things is OTHER maps.
The problems are NOT in Roextended areas or Hybrids.
This narative gets to my nerves, because is not my job to fix things all over Europe because...reasons.

On the basic map combo based on hybrid plus 2 i cannot replicate de problem. where did you get that load order?
