Missing connection in Istanbul?

Is there another connection missing from Istanbul to the rest of Türkiye or have I remembered it wrong?
System: Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5-10400F
Memory: 16GB
Graphics: GeForce GTX 1650 S

The only road is north of your picture, this part was never connected
