Game Crash when i open the map

Hello everyone, when I open the map, it no longer shows me the city names and the game crashes. what could that be? Load order is correct

gamelog is needed.
Sure you use a correct loadorder ?

1. Look for a correct loadorder: Mod manager Order ( for example : GMC `s Map Combos)
2. Have a look for a correct Pre Setup:
