Can I reset the map so all discovered roads (yellow) are undiscovered again (grey)? I don't want to create a new profile for this but I'd really like to start from scratch again

Your problem has NOTHING to do with the Map Editor, all that info is in
your savegame. There are savegame editors, but I don't recommend you
using them as they can be totally ruined if you don't know what you're
doing!
