Evening gentlemen, Im trying this part of the forums, if its not the right one please direct me to the correct one.

Game version: 1.40
I've upgraded to ROex 2.9.5 (from free version). The previous free version 2.6.5 worked perfectly with southern region. But with the 2.9.5 there seems to be problems. I can't identify whats causing it, and I've tried to search through internet for similar problems.

The letters in the territory of south region gets "mixed up", like they've moved from position. But only in the 2.9.5, not the 2.6.5 version. Do you guys perhaps have any theory on what causes it? I have tried to experiment with the RC files (promods - rusmap, roex - rusmaps, roex- sr) up and down between each other, and even followed the loading order you guys posted, but everything in vain. So Im hoping I might get some guidelines from you guys on where I should look to solve this problems.

Attaching a picture just for you to see, also this error is caused specific on this white and blue signs, no others.

Are you using this RC between RoEx and SRMap?

Indeed I am using it. I even drove from Crimea to Southern Region territory. And it worked perfectly. It's just the letters on those specific signs..

To close this OFF TOPIC, i will publish this night another road connection to SR eliminating the fixes i have made for them in the past. They have changed FONTS again? No problem. I wash my hands about it.

Sorry for keeping you waiting, took some time for me to figure out this with gamelog.

However when I read the gamelog I see some old mods are mentioned that I do not activate, for instance macedoniarework etc. But I guess you can read this better than me and come to the conclusion.

Sadly that game log is truncated and doesn't show all, so I want you to do the following.

You should change the r_buffer_page_size in your config.cfg from "10" to "30" and in your Steam Launch Options you should add. After the changes you should start the game, chose the profile in question, let it load up to the Menu page, hit the Quit button
and then post the new game log.

New try, but I think the problem still remains if that is the:
"<WARNING> Insufficient buffer size when generating '' icon."


I even removed hundreds of rows just for the file to be below 1mb in order to upload it here, the rows that I removed were those I highlited above, not other information.

Yes, the things I asked you to do was not to solve your problem, just to get a complete game log
and also correct some settings we know are good to have. So, let me now go through the log and
then I'll be back!

Okay, this is how it is. I asked you the first thing if you had the correct RC between RoEx and SRMap.
In that Arayas had included fixes for changed text fonts used in SRMap AND other Russian maps, but
now it seems as if SRMap team has made changes again, hence your problem. Let's see what Arayas
will do or NOT do, as he got really pissed off by this problem turning up again. Stay tuned mate and
we'll see what happens.
