Stutter with owned trailer??? NOT SOLVED

The roads I have tried many times in the last 3 days are the motorway entrance to Berlin north-east of Dortmund and between Grimsby and Newcastle in England (A180 and A15).
The motorway entrance happens every 2 to 5 seconds as shown in the video.
In the UK it is followed by a small stutter every few seconds.
I chose a location where I can usually get a stable 60fps.

I have been checking the RoEx forum several times a day and have sold the trailer you suggested, restarted the game, bought the SCS trailer and then tested it in the same place in Dortmund without the option but it stutters without conversion.
3 and 4, 5.
With vanilla maps only, I can use my trailer without problems. I haven't tried it with Promods alone yet, but I'm using a combo map based on Promods and RoEx for Europe, so if I can't use my trailer with this combo I'll stop using it.

I didn't even own a trailer until the 1.40 version came out and Tapir started this thread, at which point I bought my first trailer and tested it, and here we are.
I bought my first trailer at that point and tested it and the results are the same as they were a few years ago.
There was a time, I think it was 1.37, when I was so upset with the Promods for not adapting to BenganJ's BG placement that I skipped the Promods version. However, even the vanilla combo at that time caused stuttering when using the owned trailer.

Well my friends sadly for me the stuttering is back today I have just done a journey from Swansea to Holyhead via Porthmadog and it is definitely more noticeable on the Promods part of the map but not on the scs parts of the map around Swansea so I retract what I said about Promods not being the cause of this maybe it is but for the moment I am out of ideas

do you use any Traffic density mods, or mods that do confilcts?

No traffic density mods used but I do set the traffic in the config at 2 but for the purpose of testing the stuttering I set it back to 1

1. Noone can pinpoint a location where this problem ALWAYS happens! Is that correct? Yes or No.
2. Do you EVER get microstuttering, stuttering or freezing when driving WITHOUT owned trailer? Yes or No plus what.
3. Do you EVER get microstuttering, stuttering or freezing when driving WITH owned trailer? Yes or No plus what.
4. Do you use G-Sync or G-Sync compatible monitor? Yes or No.
5. Do you have a constant FPS most of the time when driving? Yes or No?
