I see many warnings there and much more errors then before change of cfg file like Arayas said, so lets see. Just hope its not cuz of Jazzycats mods i am using, he says its compatible with all maps and standalone so it would not affect default objects in-game. I hope :)

Promods ME addon must be just above Promods, not all maps.
Use SuperzoomPMME not Superzoom PM, it has a fix in it.
remove ferry between Promods and SR, there is no Romania in Promods, it's Roex one.
Place RUS map def file under Promods.

See example here, just replace 2.3 with 2.2 but the music is the same

Got it! Looks like it was any of Jazzycat's mods, that was making my game crashing, but my truck was moved to safe place so i am not 100% sure, but at least i can ride again. I have removed all Jazzycat's mods, but would like to add at least any of them, maybe not those who adds trailers and trucks to game. But AI motorcycles i would like to have :)

Thank you for reporting back, the Jazzycat problem isn't new though.
That guy update his mods so fast, so you always have to get the latest
to be sure to not get problems. :D
