@t2patel

If you want information about the plugin for FFB that I've mentioned here,
you can get that here: https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=83749#p83749
That is the official SCS forum and the topic is old. There's no more development
of the plugin, but I've used it all the years I've had my G27 wheel. Take also a
look at the topics parallel to the one I pointed to. NOTE, the topic title
says v2.5, but there's a v2.5.1 hidden somewhere in the posts. Get that, the
v2.5 does not work good.

I think the reason for using the FFB plugin is to solve the play part of the steering centre, but in ETS2 the in-game settings are sufficient for everything else.
If you are using the FFB plugin, you need to know if the stuttering doesn't occur in the Owned trailer.
Back when BenganJ was posting his videos, plugins were used and he always used the Owned trailer. In that video, the stuttering is not visible at all.
BenganJ says "sometimes activating the video card" might help, but LoL!

Has anyone else on the forum used the plugin and had good success?

@ Tapir
I use an SKRS gear shifter with my G27 so I have always been a bit wary of using the FFB plugin so for the moment I'm still searching for another solution to get absolute 100% stutter free.

@JohnH

What has the SKRS shifter to do with the FFB plugin? I think that plugin ONLY have impact on the
forced feedback functions in the wheel!

@ BenganJ

I am not saying they won't work together mate but I had issues with an FFB set up on Project cars 2 that messed up my wheel completely for a time but maybe I will give it a try one day.

As for the stuttering I was 100% stutter free on scs vanilla map and also 100% stutter free when I just added Promods 2.55 and nothing else on a clean profile, originally I was starting to think that this problem was Promods related but its not so I took another look at my main profile map combo and found a wrong version of RoEx to Rusmap RC and an old version of Finnmark mod I replaced them with the correct versions and am now 100% STUTTER FREE :locomotive: :locomotive: :locomotive:

@Tapir

ETS2 never stops surprising me mate who would have thought a road connection and a small map mod could have caused a problem with owned trailers.

I was speaking to Bogdac today who had the same stuttering problem, when he checked his mod manager he had an old trailer mod there from a couple of versions ago and even though it was not activated it must have been causing the stutter problem since deleting it he has driven several hours stutter free.
