Could that be the issue? Everytime I download Southern Region this error message comes up or is this normal? The thing is that I coundnt find any other DL Links. It says unexpected archive ending

Use the latest 7zip archiver instead, totally free and the best, always doing its job!

Yeah but where should I get a "NON-Faulty" Download because its the download thats not right even with 7-zip I get the error. Any alternate link? Because it seems to be the link thats causing this issue

From where did you download? As well as it's dependent on which archiver you use
it is very important which browser you use or which antivirus program you use. So,
try changing browser or if that doesn't work try to disable the antivirus. So, just use
the same links, but re-download with changed environment!

Firefox, Edge. Now I redownloaded it again with Edge and 7zip cant even open it as it says its a 002 file and I cant change it to zip or 7z format for some reason what am I doing wrong?

Mate, you download all the files to the same folder and then you select the first file ONLY and do the unpacking.
All other files will then automatically be unpacked too!

Bro why are you getting so mad all the time, sorry that I didnt understand that part with multipart unzipping.
I never done that before and thought normal extracting would be fine. Im not a modding expert.
Ive been sitting here redownloading everything and trying out every mod one by one. Ive extracted everything now in the right way and IT STILL crashes. ProMods works fine with RusMap+SouthernRegion+GreatSteppe+VolgaMap etc.
But when I add ROEX it crashes so this has the be the issue but I cant figure out why this happens.

You got it, Roextended is to blame, please remove it.
