look at your log is full of "file not found" including your crash, maps are ok, the rest of mods...its up to you

welp, I guess I have to do a file integrity check and remove everything apart from map mods and then add them back one by one... amazing

Your load order is totaly messed up . Numbers for Roex goes from 1 to 4 not from 4 to 1. Check this first to sort your mods and for correct startup options : https://www.gmc-logistics.co.uk/pre-setup

Totaly messed up and wrong load order

First sort your mods like this: https://www.gmc-logistics.co.uk/pre-setup

Then look at GMC tested load orders

if you have crashes, is because you didnt.
Missing one file can be the difference
