@BenganJ
Thank you for all your efforts!

What's the difference between you and me?
More mods?
Trailer mods, but whether it's just SCS trailers or mods, it's the same.
PC configuration? I used to have the same 1080p monitor and 30fps as you, but with my current configuration (G-sync 1440p monitor, new video card) the situation is the same.
Use of FFB plugin or not?

What's the difference between Tapir and JohnH?
They also seem to have stuttering, but Bengan was updating YT videos in his trailer and did not experience any stuttering.

Sometimes it works for me too, but then the stuttering comes back, just like them.

There must be some specific difference between you and the three of us?

I have been watching this discussion with interest. Based purely on personal experience. When using owned Trailers(including Bus mods) stuttering can occur on ANY map, EXCEPT for Standalones and Multiplayer. I have never had any stuttering on ATS when using owned Trailers. The stuttering seems to be totally random as regards location and frequency. I have gone hundreds of miles into a journey before any stuttering occurred, and only a few miles down the road before the stuttering started on another occasion. As I say this is based only on personal experience, and may not and probably will not apply to everyone. I hope that there is something here that may help.

Same thing happens to me: ATS is stutter free and stutter is absolut random in ETS when using owned trailer.
Some people have stutters that are dramatic: up to one second. I have only micro stutters (0,1- 0,2 ms) but it`s annoying!! I don`t think it`s hardware related. There are too many people reporting this issue with different pc`s. Hopefully SCS can something change. I remember that ATS years ago also had stutter, but SCS changed something and the stutter was gone.

@Tapir
@JohnH
@clear F1

You all say that you have a constant FPS most of the time. That was not a very good constructed question either.
So here's it again rephrased and in 3 parts!
  1. Do you get a constant FPS for at least 98% of the driving time?
  2. If so at which FPS?
  3. How have you achieved that?

@JohnH

Thanks but through which setting in NPI, as there's at least 4 ways to do it?

@BenganJ

1.Yes (less than 98% on some maps)
2.60fps
3.NPI (difficult question to answer, but I mimicked JhonH's answer)
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
ASRock X670E Taichi Carrara
DOMINATOR TITANIUM DDR5-7200 32GB
PNY RTX4070Ti 12GB VERTO LED WE

@clear F1

Thank you too, but then you will get the same follow-up question.
