I just tried reinstalling rusmap, didn't work. Now I'm wondering, could it be because of the cargo I'm transporting? Doesn't make a whole load of sense, but I don't have any more ideas.

Now I just looked at your log again and I have to say for the 2nd time that you are using mods from dubious sources.
First the PM262_RM2.44_connect_RusMap_v1.2.scs and now I also see a Great Steppe that is not original.
For that reason, I wish you the best of luck with your loadorder, but I won't bother with it anymore!!!!!!
