To:
uset r_buffer_page_size "30"

You do that by editing your global config.cfg file when ETS2 is NOT running!

You should also update the PPM2.41_RM1.9.0_v1.35_roadconnection_v4.1.scs
mod to the latest, which is PPM2.41_RM1.9.0_v1.35_roadconnection_v4.3.scs
and you can get it here:

Also, you've got the ETS2_LAMB_SAT_BG_MAP_BORDERS_BLACK_PM.scs
mod and it's stated on the topic for it here on the forum, that the zoom
function is inbuilt, so remove SuperZoomPM135V2.scs

thanks it helps now the only question is why this doesnt run on dx 11

The DX11 code complains about this accessory, try gatting rid of it!

The line in log right before the DX11 error is for an Scania Next Gen, I think.
Are you using one of'em and do you have a pennant included there?
