I have answered in the mail. When you pay the link, you get the link for 1st file. I dont understand how people are paying a thing and than just forget about it and they go in the site and download the main (free) files. Those main files are open for everybody. The file 1 it has a paid link.
Anyway, once you finish payment CHEC store is sending you a mail containing a permanent link for the file, just in case you forgot to click "download".

I have not received an e-mail with the link, the only e-mail received is the payment one

Have you also checked the SPAM folder in your e-mail program? Sometimes
it will end up there!

Sorry Mike, i mean, once the payment is doned, the link is open in the next page. You have missed that. As a safety measure, CHEC sends you a mail with permanent link. You missed that one also.
Like i have said in my response to you in the mail, we can do this for you, but as long as you don't take any options available....is not our fault.
Most likely a browser or a mail client with filters that are not allowing you to open anything in the internet is sometimes the problem.
EDIT:
you have one mail to make the order and the payment is from another mail. Have you check them both?
