You are right, the mapper can place a so called prefab on the map, which e.g. is a
roadwork. It will always be at the same location, but it can also be generated as
a Random Event by the game engine and won't be there every time you pass. You
got that right buddy!

Oh i see Bengt, there are two versions then buddy.

Wouldn't it be better to leave them as RE generated items when map creating.

To make the driving experience more dynamic and realistic.

Just thinking aloud, not saying either way is better.

The Map Editor prefab has been there all the time almost, but the
Random Event is a modern idea and implementation! :D Mappers
choice then! :D
