How to add Roex and ProMods without crashing?

I am trying to make an addon or whatever you call it for those two. I tried only using one mod but it also crashed. any help?

Ignore Tapir's response, loading maps in game and loading maps in editor are 2 way different things.
If you are a newbee in this, find something else to do, a tutorial for you takes hours, nobody has time to do this.
